Generally, weekday games start at 17:00 and weekend games start
at 11:00. Are there any times that you CANNOT make it. Write
them below and we will do our best to accomodate your schedule
(no promises). Be as specific as possible i.e. can only start
Tuesday at 18:00 or no Wednesday (and the date).
Is there anyone else that might be interested in this tournament
(club members only). If so, please enter their contact infomation

Important Tournament Notes
Registration is completed once payment has been
received. We must receive the tournament fee
before the registration deadline.
How do you plan to pay for the tournament?
You may withdraw from the tournament up until the registration
deadline with full refund as long as you contact the club
before then. Once the deadline has passed, there will be no
refunds.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled
match time. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled
match time may result in a default.
After your match, the winner must report to the tournament
director to communicate your scores, return balls and learn
the time of your next match if applicable.
Please respect the dress regulations (tennis shorts / skirts, collared
shirts for men and flat soled tennis shoes.
