Information:

Click the register now to get started on the top right hand side of this page either as a PIT (Pro in trainer) or CIT (counselor in training)..

Interested in gaining valuable experience? Do you want to work outdoors in the summer? Do you enjoy being with children? Want to have the opportunity to make some money and work for the Tennis and Sports Psychology Academy (TSPA Inc.)? We are pleased to offer a PIT and CIT program. Our program is divided into three levels a PIT / CIT 1,2 or 3. Once you complete two weeks of 40 hours of training per week , then you have the opportunity to get some paid hours within our academy. Shifts begin at 8:30 and end at 4:30 Monday - Friday. The following year you will then have an opportunity to move to the next level. Even during the training, you have the right to teach and work within the academy. For example, being a PIT or CIT allows the candidate to earn income either as an instructor for those clients seeking lessons from a PIT (usually to work with 5-8 year olds) or care for their children as a CIT. PIT's and CIT's can also be asked to do administrative work for the academy, involved in clean-up and various camp related tasks. Once the candidate is registered for the third week, then the person is often guaranteed seven hours of work per day with at minimum wage.

Once successfully completing the PIT2 or CIT2, the candidate has a much greater chance to join the TSPA dream team!

Click here for more formal documentation about this program. The successful candidate should read the information carefully.
